Format & Timing:On campus – Limited number of participants, 5 days
Application process:You will receive confirmation of whether you are approved to attend the certificate program the latest 3 weeks prior to the start of the course.
Admission requirements:Participants must hold a Master’s entry qualification (i.e. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Magister or “Staatsexamen”) as well as at least three years of full time professional work experience.
Initial leadership experience provides participants with further advantages.
Assignment:To receive the certificate you will have to pass the assignment of the week. The exam can consist of a group presentation during the week or a written assignment after the module. Subject to change.

* Based on our experience, the German tax benefits help many of our participants to self-finance their education as these can be worth of up to 50% of tuition fees and program related travel costs. Please, consult your personal tax advisor for more details.   • Financial Statements & Analysis, involving the analysis of the organization using different methods and KPIs.
  • Corporate Finance & Valuation, where you will finance and evaluate organizational value using different methods.

  • Financial Planning, encompassing different methods of budgeting.
  • Alignment of Strategy & Finance, understanding how to plan financials with regard to the strategic goals of the organization.
