How can you still make great decisions, steer the right actions and reach successful results? Our Certificate Program “Strategizing in turbulent environments” delivers a deep understanding of what it really means to decide and act in a VUCA world.
You will learn how firms get to decisions with which they compete and disrupt industry structures and entire industry definitions. In addition, you will gain insights into how firms struggling from competition can get to decisions on how to defend and respond to competitors from inside and outside their industry.
5 ECTS credits possible:
The certificate program is eligible as an elective for our Executive MBA students if you do both the module and the project work with coaching session.

Aims of the certificate course
- You will learn to understand and analyze the unique challenges and dynamics in turbulent business environments, including disruptive technologies, changing market conditions and increasing global uncertainties.
- You will develop skills to create strategies that help organizations successfully adapt to changing circumstances and seize opportunities in turbulent markets.
- You will develop an in-depth understanding of different strategy approaches and tools that can be applied in dynamic environments.
- You will learn how to identify, assess and manage risks in turbulent environments to strengthen an organization’s resilience and flexibility and ensure long-term success.
- You will be able to derive strategies and recommended actions to help organizations develop and implement competitive strategies in uncertain and volatile markets to ensure long-term growth and competitive advantage.
