How we work

We build on expertise, experience and synergies in the development of your individual training program. Together with our specialists and your internal experts, we design an individual curriculum based on the latest research findings and tailored to the needs of your target group.

Needs assessment & idea generation

You have identified a need for professional development in your organization, or you already have an initial idea for a program in mind. You contact our team, and together we analyze your needs and talk about your idea.
Conception Phase

Our team develops an initial program draft. In doing so, we integrate the expertise of various TUM faculties as well as company-specific knowledge from you.
Iterative optimization

We run one or more feedback sessions as needed to ensure that the program’s content and format best meet your organization’s specific needs.
