Aims of the certificate course
In our Leadership & Cooperation certificate program, you will gain a deep understanding of modern leadership and management concepts. By understanding the impact of digitalization and emerging trends in technical and natural sciences, you will adapt innovative methods to foster a value-based leadership culture. This includes analyzing and enhancing your own leadership behavior and that of diverse organizations. By the end of the program, you will acquire skills to improve cooperation in complex networks and diverse cultures, ensuring you thrive in today’s dynamic professional landscape.

Format & Timing: | On campus – Limited number of participants, 5 days |
Application process: | You will receive confirmation of whether you are approved to attend the certificate program the latest 3 weeks prior to the start of the course. |
Admission requirements: | Participants must hold a Master’s entry qualification (i.e. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Magister or “Staatsexamen”) as well as at least three years of full time professional work experience. Initial leadership experience provides participants with further advantages. |
Assignment: | To receive the certificate you will have to pass the assignment of the week. The exam can consist of a group presentation during the week or a written assignment after the module. Subject to change. |
